Every top and trouser is drafted to a measurement sheet we keep on file, then checked against it when the delivery lands. If a batch drifts by more than a centimetre where it matters, it does not go live.

How long does order processing take?
Orders are packed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 15 business days from dispatch, with a tracking link in your dispatch email. Customs clearance can add a few days.

Unworn pieces with tags attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can confirm the address and the steps.

Every product page lists the garment measured flat. If you are between two sizes, email us your measurements and we will advise.
